"I have completed 10 sessions and noticed a difference after just 2 sessions. For me it was more that I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles to have better control of ‘leakage’. I have 3 adult tamariki and I’m 48 years old. In recent years I have noticed big changes in my body and lack of control in my pelvic floor area became more frequent. The first thing I noticed and which seems to be a common theme, is the confidence to sneeze. When I would get sick with the flu/cold, I would have to wear pads because once my coughing fits started or constant sneezing, there was definitely no control. I remember doing skipping in the gym for the first time after a few sessions on the cube, and no issues with leakage!! As for other benefits…let’s just say that my husband has noticed a difference too"
"After having three surgeries in a short amount of time on my pelvic floor it left me feeling weakened. But after experiencing these treatments my pelvic floor is feeling so much stronger, bladder control is much better, and the heavy sensation I felt at the end of a long day is no longer. I highly recommend having these treatments. Most women I speak to sense some form of bladder or pelvic floor weakness, specifically after having children, I would definitely recommend experiencing for yourself. I’m very happy with the results!"
"I have needed to do a review on Body Evolution's newest product, the UI CUBE (I call it the chair). First of all, a little background, I have two children, I have had prolapse, prolapse surgery, very weak bladder which I have been going to a women’s private physio for treatment (when I sneezed and was needing to go wees, I would have to cross my legs), returned prolapse. Around 5 months ago Annalise introduced the chair and offered it to her community, after her explaining what it could help, I jumped on board. And oh, my goodness, so glad I did!!! This thing is revolutionary, I no longer need to go wees, as soon as I feel the urge, it has helped strengthen my muscles in my vagina I really can't explain through a review, but if you want to know details please just ask, I would be happy to tell you. Just imagine 12,000 Kegel exercises in 30 minutes times 10, yip Ladies you got my drift! Huge, massive, life changing game changer, in more ways than you can imagine. After seeing my gynaecologist this week and her asking what I have been doing? (After examination) she told me things had changed and that she was highly impressed and couldn't believe the change. So what I am really saying here is if you are suffering with any one of these things, talk to Annalise and see whether the chair could be for you, get these life changing results, those who know me know I do not talk shit about things I don't believe in. Thanks, Annalise, for helping me in more ways than I can write in a review. "
"I have so far completed 9 out of the 10 recommended sessions and just wanted to review my experience so far. A lower back injury 17 years ago left me with sciatic issues, numbness and pain that affects my sleep, mobility and biomechanics. I have seen at least 20 different osteopaths, chiropractors, physios and acupuncturists over the last 17 years and have been unable to see any consistent improvement or get to the bottom of the issue. Recently a surgeon has confirmed an issue but ruled out surgery due to the odds of improvement being low. This left me quite depressed that I was completely out of options. When I saw that BE now had the UI cube I decided to give it a go as I was so desperate to find something to give me some relief. I honestly did not expect it to help to this extent. I have increased sensation in my pelvis and no longer have the nerve pain keeping me awake at night. My mobility and stability has greatly increased in my workouts and I would go as far to say that my lower back is at least 70 % improved. Considering I have had this issue 17 years I did not expect that. Also bonus my lower abs are more defined.
The best part is it is so easy you don’t have to do anything. I will definitely continue with regular sessions to maintain the progress I have made. I'm so glad I did this for myself".
