With years of experience in teaching dance, competing in, and coaching CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting at a competitive level, she is passionate about helping women discover their true potential.
Hayden is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through both group and personalised approaches. With years of experience designing effective workout programs, he now creates tailored programming for Body Evolution’s small group classes. Hayden is passionate about teaching clients how to move well with safe, proper technique, fostering a positive and motivating environment where everyone feels supported. His deep understanding of nutrition and recovery complements his fitness expertise, guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and fitness.
Leshaan has been a dedicated member of Body Evolution since its opening. With years of experience teaching dance, she has developed a strong foundation in movement mechanics, which she uses to support women of all sizes and ages. Beyond her Bachelors in Sport Science, Renee specialized in disability exercise, learning to look beyond the 'normal body' and adapt training for every level. She also gained experience supporting youth in the gym while working with the AUT Millennium AD Team. After being diagnosed with PCOS, Renee saw firsthand how exercise and nutrition can naturally balance hormones. This experience fueled her passion for helping women understand and work with their bodies, not against them.
Jade has been with Body Evolution since the beginning , bringing over 10 years of experience as a competitive CrossFitter and Olympic weightlifting champion. She is deeply passionate about movement, valuing its physical and mental benefits. Jade understands the importance of consistency and how training in the gym can enhance everyday activities like spending time with family, running, and playing football. Her dedication and consistent approach makes her a great role model.
An experienced yoga teacher and Reiki Master, Lesa is passionate about supporting people to care for their bodies, minds, and spirits through yoga.
